Within our company we have an extensive section dedicated to the treatment of surfaces, consisting of a Galvanic Plant with more than 70 stations with which we offer a range of over 25 different surface finishes.

We have also enhanced our electrolytic bath section with a new Galvanic Plant with Frames, which with its more than 74 stations offers a range of high quality finishes (Nickel, Chromium, Gold) both in gloss and satin.

In both cases, these are completely automated facilities, which allow us to handle a great amount of  both drum and chassis work every day.

We offer so-called Nickel Free treatments, which are in great demand in the textile and footwear sectors, as the use of metals of this type is very limited in these fields. We also offer our customers Lead Free treatments so they can comply with the increasingly demanding international regulations.

As it could not be otherwise, all the water used in this section is properly treated through a complete physicochemical process that allows us to comply with the restrictive ordinances governing the discharge of products into the public sewerage system. At the same time, all the waste we generate is delivered to authorised waste managers, in compliance with environmental legislation in this regard.

We offer the possibility of applying microporous nickel finishes to parts, particularly suited for sectors with high corrosion resistance requirements, such as the automotive industry, as well as others that require their components to perform reliably in highly corrosive environments.

When combined with a properly sized layer of chrome, this treatment provides the parts with excellent resistance to adverse weather conditions that may affect them in their final application.
